Rencontrez notre fondatrice DR. Unlike traditional Pilates, Lagree is a unique fitness method rooted in time under tension and muscle overload—two fundamental principles of bodybuilding that maximize muscle activation, endurance, and overall strength. Each movement is performed with slow, controlled precision, keeping muscles engaged for an extended period to create deep, effective fatigue—that’s when the burn kicks in, and the shakes start! Rapid transitions between exercises keep your heart rate elevated, seamlessly combining strength and cardio for an all-encompassing, full-body workout. By engaging multiple muscle groups at once, Lagree builds long, lean muscles while improving endurance, balance, and flexibility—all without impact on the joints or spine. This isn’t Pilates—it’s next-level fitness. Lagree is intense, transformative, and designed for those ready to push past their limits and redefine what their bodies can do. Register Now!
